1. Donations and Rewards
By contributing to our Minecraft server, you are making a voluntary donation to support the server's ongoing maintenance and development. As a token of appreciation for your donation, you may receive non-tangible, in-game items such as ranks, cosmetics, or unbans. These items are considered gifts and hold no real-world monetary value.

2. Non-Refundable Donations
All donations are non-refundable. By making a donation, you acknowledge that you are not purchasing a product or service, but instead making a voluntary contribution. No refunds, exchanges, or returns will be provided under any circumstances.

3. Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute in relation to a donation violates these terms. You agree to waive your right to file a chargeback or payment dispute. Any attempts to do so may result in a permanent ban from the server, and legal action may be taken to recover any lost funds.

4. Gifted Items
The in-game items you receive as a result of your donation are considered gifts and do not represent ownership or entitle you to any real-world assets. The server administrators reserve the right to modify or revoke these gifts as necessary for gameplay or server operations.

5. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for securing your account. The server is not liable for any loss of gifted items due to unauthorized access, hacking, or other account issues.

6. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the server following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

7. Agreement
By donating to our server, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the above terms and conditions.
